The RSM Voice Group was founded by Kevin Shaw, in an effort to bring you the research and information we collect so that you can stay informed.

Our Mission
Here in this wonderful city, we call our community home, and we cherish it. The majority of our desired visions are reflected in our city's general plan, which we are committed to upholding and supporting. Our interest is restricted to Rancho Santa Margarita and its surrounding towns and communities, with the exception of situations in which our county and state try to force their will on our society and general plan.
We are a volunteer-run organization that will investigate the problems, present our findings to our backers, and, if required, suggest a course of action.
We do not, as a group, belong to any political party and do not ask for donations from our supporters.
Our General Vision
Our goal is to establish a representative local government that is built on ethics, accountability, and transparency. Elected officials will act in the best interests of their constituents and the community as a whole.
In fulfillment of our mission, the Group has pledged:
- To avoid becoming involved in the government's regular and administrative tasks
- To act professionally and adhere to meeting rules when we attend them
- To commend the officials for their outstanding work on behalf of the residents
- To motivate locals to voice their concerns and become involved
- To address the facts and conduct a complete, unbiased investigation into every allegation
- To evaluate each significant proposal objectively and determine its merits
- To honor residents' rights who hold divergent opinions
- To reject Senate or Assembly legislation that jeopardizes our HOAs' and the city's authority.
- To maintain security and safety as the primary priorities, including having an emergency evacuation plan.
